Choosing a Room Decoration Service in Dubai: Seven Checks

Review the arrangement in the image

Review the colours, flowers and balloon placement you like in the image. Share your priorities with the team and confirm which elements and quantities are included in your chosen collection, so the arrangement fits your room and occasion.

Put price and scope together

Keep one summary containing price, elements, colours, date and location. “All inclusive” is not enough to establish whether transport, setup or tax is part of the total. Name your requested extras and compare offers only after understanding their differences in scope.

Communication and changes

Check whether the response answers questions about availability and execution as well as price. Ask how confirmation works, how date or wording changes are handled and whether a payment is required. Payment and cancellation terms should be established for your order rather than assumed from another booking.

Execution at your chosen venue

Clarify venue permission, balloon attachment, flower and candle types, and who removes the decoration. These practical details affect the result more than package names alone. If an element is essential to your occasion, identify it as a required part of confirmation rather than leaving it as an unwritten expectation.

Use a simple written comparison

Compare two proposals using columns for final total, flowers, balloons, personalisation, areas styled, access and collection of pieces. Mark uncertain details as “needs confirmation” instead of filling the gaps with assumptions. When photographs show different levels of detail, return to the written lists. A fair comparison does not assume a cheaper provider offers the larger scope, or that a higher price includes an unlisted service.
