Booking, Changes & Cancellation Terms

Services and scope
Dubai Event Flowers provides flower and balloon arrangements for occasions in Dubai according to the agreed collection and scope. Each collection has its own inclusions; do not assume it includes other collections automatically. Hotel accommodation, cake or venue booking is not included unless expressly agreed.
Enquiry and booking confirmation
Tapping WhatsApp or sending an enquiry does not automatically reserve a booking. Before confirmation, agree the date, setup time, venue, collection, colours, personalisation, final total and confirmation and payment steps. Obtain a clear confirmation from the team and keep the agreed details.
Prices, offers and payment
Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams. Review inclusions and confirm the final total and any transport, setup charges or applicable tax before agreeing or paying. A limited offer depends on its displayed status and setup availability; viewing an offer does not reserve a slot or confirm availability. Payment methods and any required advance payment are specified in the booking agreement.
Design and personalisation
Images illustrate arrangement ideas. Actual execution is determined by the agreed collection, design and venue space. Discuss colours, flower types and any alternatives before confirmation. Check names, personal messages and printing text carefully before approving them.
Hotel and venue access
Arrange venue permission for decorations, team access, arrival timing and permitted attachment methods. Tell us about hotel, candle or material restrictions before finalising arrangements. If access is unavailable or venue rules change, contact us to discuss the appropriate next step for your booking.
Changes, cancellation and refund requests
For a change or cancellation, contact WhatsApp promptly with your booking details. Alternative dates depend on availability. Cancellation terms, any refundable amounts and agreed personalisation costs should be clarified before booking confirmation and payment; this page does not impose a fixed cancellation deadline or deduction percentage. Requests are reviewed against the documented agreement and applicable legal rights.
Questions and setup concerns
For a setup concern, contact WhatsApp +971 56 141 5382 with your order details and a description so we can review it with you. These terms do not limit rights provided by law.
