About this policy
This policy explains information handling when you visit the Dubai Event Flowers website or enquire about flower and balloon decoration in Dubai. For privacy enquiries, contact WhatsApp +971 56 141 5382.
Information you share in an enquiry
When you message us on WhatsApp, you may share your name, phone number, occasion date, venue, room photos, preferred colours and personal message. Share only what is needed to arrange the service. Do not send payment card details or identity documents through the website.
How order information is used
Enquiry details are used to reply, check availability, prepare a quote, coordinate setup and follow up on your request. Venue details may be needed with a hotel or access coordinator to carry out your booking. Publishing photos or information about your occasion is not required to book; discuss any publication permission separately.
Visit information and external services
Hosting logs may include technical details such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and request time for operation and security. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which connects your browser to Google servers. WhatsApp and Instagram links take you to external services governed by their own policies.
Browser storage
The website uses local storage to remember the offer timer state when you return in the same browser. This value is stored on your device. You can delete it through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing or blocking storage may change the timer display. The current website does not include Google Analytics or Meta Pixel code.
Retention and privacy requests
Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of order information that does not need to be retained. Requests are reviewed according to their nature and any order-related or record-retention obligations. Clearing browser data does not delete WhatsApp conversations or order records held by other parties.
Updates and contact
This policy may be updated when website features or information practices change. The updated version and date will appear here. For privacy questions or requests, contact WhatsApp +971 56 141 5382.
